A Used Tetra Pak Alex 25 for high-pressure homogenisation of emulsions and suspensions. The product is pumped under high pressure into the homogenising device. In the device the product is forced through a small annular gap where the pressure transform into high velocity. Extreme turbulence and cavitation effectively reduce the size of liquid droplets and solid particles.

Tetra Pak Alex 25 για ομογενοποίηση υψηλής πίεσης γαλακτωμάτων και εναιωρημάτων. Το προϊόν αντλείται υπό υψηλή πίεση στη συσκευή ομογενοποίησης.
Στη συσκευή το προϊόν ωθείται μέσα από ένα μικρό δακτυλιοειδές διάκενο όπου η πίεση μετατρέπεται σε υψηλή ταχύτητα. 
Οι ακραίες αναταράξεις και η σπηλαίωση μειώνουν αποτελεσματικά το μέγεθος των σταγονιδίων υγρού και των στερεών σωματιδίων.
